Task Force Detainees of the Philippines (TFDP) and Youth for Rights Network (Y4R) held series of Human Rights Photo Exhibits in several campuses as HR awareness and information campaign among the youth.  The photo exhibits were also in observance of the International Human Rights Week celebration on December 2009.

The photo exhibits tackled human rights issues and situation in the Philippines mainly about martial law, political detention, torture and enforced disappearance.  The exhibit also showcased TFDP’s and Y4R Network’s anti-large scale mining campaign and some of the youth’s artistic expression about peace and human rights.

•Photo Exhibit at Unibersidad de Manila (UDM) October 2009. Co-sponsored with Political Science Major Students

•“Mining our Land: Undermining our Dignity” De La salle College of saint Benilde. Co-sponsored with CSB-CSA. December 1-3 2009

•HR Exibit at Adamson University (ADU) November 28 to December 4, 2009. Co-sponsored with Political Science Students and LINGAP Student Party

•December 15 to December 22,2009 HR Exhibit at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). Co-sponsored with Bukluran Students Alliance

•December 12, 2009 HR and Peace Photo Exhibit at Ateneo De Davao. Co-sponsored with Youth for Nationalism and Democracy (YND)

•December 21-22,2009 HR and Peace Photo exhibit at Bukidnon State University
