1.1 Any youth organizations or an individual that advocates for the achieving, maintaining and protecting of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human rights (UDHR). 1.2 New member is acknowledged after all regular members were informed about the membership. 1.3 An organization is considered as a regular member after they were acknowledged. 1.4 Regular members may revoke its membership to the network any time. 2. NAME OF THE NETWORK 2.1 The name of the network is YOUTH FOR RIGHTS (Y4R) 2.2 Any activities by the network must have the majority of the regular members agreed, to carry the name of Youth for Rights. 2.3 In any event that an activity doesn’t have the majority of the regular members agreed, the organizations that will push through with the activity don’t have the right to carry the name of Youth for Rights. 3. DECISION MAKING 3.1 All regular members must appoint two (2) point persons that will attend the meetings of the network. 3.2 Point Person must have the capacity or right to give decisions in behalf of his organization. 3.3 Each organization has one vote power despite of having two (2) point persons. 3.2 In any case that both point person cannot attend a meeting, it may send representative/s. 3.2.1 But the organization’s point persons must inform the network if this representative/s is given the right to vote in their behalf. Definitions 1.Youth as define as any individual having the age of 15 to 25. 2.Majority is 50% plus 1 or simple majority. Prepared by: Rey Mart Luna Sandigan |
